Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new two-story building with a mezzanine, a green roof, a basement, and swimming pools. The building will house three (3) distinct residences/apartments. This construction will take place on a plot with a total area of 500.68 m². The building consists of four (4) levels: basement, ground floor, mezzanine (first floor), second floor, and roof.
The ground floor accommodates part of two residences, with their entrances accessed through the common entry point, which includes the central shared staircase of the building. Each residence features a living area with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a storage room. An internal staircase in each residence leads to the building’s mezzanine level, where two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open office space are located for each unit. The same internal staircase also provides access to the basement storage area of each residence. In the uncovered area of the ground floor, aside from the building’s main entrance, two swimming pools have been installed, one for each residence. Most of the remaining uncovered space is landscaped, including areas above the basement extension.
The building's third residence is located on the second floor, comprising an open-plan living area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, a WC, a storage room, and three (3) master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to the building’s roof, where an open-plan primary space with its own bathroom is located. The uncovered roof area, which is exclusively used by Apartment A1, is fully landscaped and includes a swimming pool and pergola.
The basement, in addition to serving as a storage area connected functionally to the two residences via internal staircases, includes parking spaces for the apartments’ vehicles.
The building meets aesthetic requirements both as an independent structure and in relation to its surrounding urban block. It satisfies criteria regarding the relationship and composition of its volumes, as well as its facades and all its visible components.
