Project Description
The project concerns the construction of a complex of seven ground-floor houses with swimming pools.
The construction will be carried out on a plot of land, with a total area of 1.296,53 sq.m., which is located within a settlement in the area of Preveza.
The complex is developed along the entire plot, due to its special and long narrow shape, and consists of three residential blocks.
The two blocks consist of three houses each, one next to the other, each with its own swimming pool.
The third block consists of a single-family house with an attic, next to which the reception area has been placed, as it is closer to the road and the access to the plot.
The peculiarity that characterizes the complex is found in the displacement of the central axis of the roofs, creating asymmetrical prisms, which present an interesting contrast with the traditional architecture without offending the aesthetics of the place.
The residences consist of a living room open plan with the kitchen / dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The detached house consists of a living room open plan with the kitchen / dining room at the ground floor and two comfortable bedrooms with their bathroom at the attic.
