Project Description
The project concerns the construction of a new two-story detached house with attic and swimming pool.
The building consists of three (3) levels (ground floor, first floor and attic).
The ground floor accommodates the living room open plan with the dining and the kitchen. Also, there a storage room and a large room that includes the bathroom, the laundry room, a hamam and a sauna.
The first floor accommodates three (3) bedrooms and their bathroom.
The building has been placed depending on the natural terrain itself and the slope of the plot.
The view, the shape and the orientation of the plot dictated the rectangular layout of the building's floor plan. Great attention was paid to the integration of the building into the landscape. The architecture of the building and the design of the surrounding area were done in parallel. The construction of the roof favored the construction of the attic within its volume.
