Project Description
The project involves the construction of a two-story detached house with an attic and a swimming pool, built on a plot of 402.80 sqm. The design of the building was influenced by the plot's views, shape, and orientation, which dictated the arrangement of the volumes and the layout of the spaces. The building is positioned adjacent to the western boundary of the plot and is adapted to the natural slope of the terrain.
The entrance to the plot, including vehicle access to the outdoor parking area, is located on the adjacent road. The parking area accommodates two (2) parking spaces and is positioned in the uncovered northern section of the plot.
The building spans four (4) levels, consisting of a basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic. The entrance to the building is on its eastern side at the ground floor level, accessible via a semi-outdoor space connecting the main pedestrian gate to the primary building entrance.
The ground floor includes an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, one (1) pantry, one (1) storage room, and one (1) WC.
Vertical circulation across all levels is facilitated by an internal staircase and an elevator.
Additionally, the basement is accessible via a separate external entrance on the southern side of the building through a second enclosed staircase.
The basement consists of a single utility space and one (1) WC.
The first floor features three (3) bedrooms, one (1) bathroom, and a laundry room. The attic comprises a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom and has access to a walkable roof terrace.
The building is topped with a pitched roof covered with tiles.
In the surrounding area, a swimming pool is constructed in the southern section of the uncovered space. Additionally, two (2) wooden pergolas are built.
This proposal combines modern materials, such as thermal insulating mortar, with traditional natural materials, including stone cladding, wooden elements for railings and pergolas, and tile roofing.
