Project Description
Our team undertook the study, the permit and subsequently the construction of two ground-floor luxury houses (villas) and two studios, of a total area of 115 sq.m. each one. The complex functions as tourist accommodation at one of the most cosmopolitan islands of Cyclades, Paros.
The building combines modern architecture with the Cycladic tradition, respects the modern man's need for comfort, but also the traditional character of the area, giving typical Aegean elements. Special emphasis has also been put on the exterior study and the surrounding area use, which integrates and fully respects the character of the area. In this way, better living conditions are ensured due to the continuity of uncovered spaces in sufficient dimensions.
