Project Description
The project involves the construction of three two-storey detached residences with roofs, built in pairs with shared walls. The development is set on a plot with a total area of 444.09 sqm in the Municipality of Paiania.
Each residence consists of two (2) levels: a ground floor and an attic.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area (living room, dining room, and kitchen) and one (1) bathroom.
The first floor includes three (3) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom.
The buildings are topped with single-pitched tile roofs that are recessed and enclosed, ensuring they are not directly visible from the façades. The roofs will house photovoltaic panels and solar collectors for the residences.
In the uncovered space of the plot, three swimming pools will be constructed, one for each residence.
