Project Description
Construction of a new single-storey house at Dioni.
The building accommodates two semi-detached houses with attic and basement.
Each residence consists of the living room open plan with the kitchen and the dining and a WC on the ground floor, and of three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms at the first floor. At the attic there is a master bedroom with its bathroom.
Special emphasis has also been put on the exterior study and the pool, which integrates and fully respects the character of the area. In this way, better living conditions are ensured due to the continuity of uncovered spaces in sufficient dimensions.
The building has been smoothly integrated into the sloping terrain of the plot, but also into the restrictions imposed, being in an area of special natural beauty.
