Project Description
The project involves the construction of a three-storey building comprising two residences, situated on a plot with a total area of 245 sq.m.
The building is composed of four (4) levels, due to the steep slope of the site.
The ground floor of Level A consists of two separate and distinct areas with different functions.
One area, with direct access to the rear open space of the plot and its own independent entrance, serves as a primary residence.
The underground section of Level A is used as an auxiliary storage space.
Vertical access to this storage area is provided via an internal staircase connected to the maisonette located on Levels B and C.
The upper levels form a single duplex residence (maisonette) with an internal loft.
The ground floor of Level B consists of three (3) bedrooms (one master bedroom and two children’s rooms) and two bathrooms.
The first floor of the maisonette (Level C) includes the living area, dining room, kitchen, and a WC.
The building has been positioned in accordance with the natural slope and topography of the site, adapting to the terrain’s inclination.
