Project Description
The project concerns the construction of a two-storey building comprising two separate residences, located in Artemida, on a plot with a total area of 290.43 sq.m.
The building consists of two (2) levels (ground floor and first floor), each of which functions as an independent dwelling.
The ground floor residence includes a living area, dining room, kitchen, two (2) bathrooms, three (3) bedrooms (one master bedroom and two children's bedrooms), and a laundry room.
The first floor residence consists of a living area, dining room, kitchen, two (2) bedrooms, one bathroom, and a W.C. Access to this level is provided through the building’s main internal staircase.
The building is positioned in accordance with the natural terrain and the gentle slope of the plot. The layout of the floor plan was determined by the orientation, shape, and view of the site.
Special attention was paid to integrating the building harmoniously into the landscape. The architectural design of the building and the design of the surrounding area were developed simultaneously.
The proposed composition balances contemporary construction techniques and materials — such as large window openings and glass railings — with the use of lime-cement plaster to ensure smoother integration into the natural environment.
Each residence has its own separate entrance.
The entrance to the ground floor residence is located in the central part of the western side of the plot, which borders a 4-meter-wide pedestrian path.
The entrance to the main staircase, leading to the first-floor residence, is located on the southern section of the same side.
At this point, two (2) parking spaces are also provided, as well as a secondary entrance to the ground floor residence.
