Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new semi-subterranean residence with a swimming pool.
The residence will be built on a plot with a total area of 4,265.00 sqm. Access is provided via a municipal road located at the northernmost and highest point of the plot.
The residence is developed internally on a single level and consists of an open-plan living area (living room – kitchen – dining room), four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The slope of the terrain, the orientation of the plot, and the view dictated the layout of the building’s floor plan. Special attention was given to the integration of all structures and landscape elements into the natural surroundings.
The design aims to propose a composition that is both functionally suited to modern living and harmoniously embedded in the local environment through the use of natural materials.
In relation to the shaped natural and built environment—as reflected in the topographic plan—the building is fully integrated and respectful of the character of the area. It ensures better living conditions by preserving generous open spaces.
The building meets the aesthetic demands both as a standalone structure and in connection with its surroundings, in terms of volume arrangement, façades, and all visible elements.
