Project Description
The project concerns the construction of a new three-story detached house with a swimming pool. The building has been placed depending on the natural terrain itself and the natural slope of the plot.
In total, the building is composed of three levels, due to the strong slope of the plot. Level A (highest) consists of the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the WC.
Level B (intermediate) consists of two (2) master bedrooms, a small living room and an office.
Level C (lowest) consists of separate and distinct spaces with different uses. The area that has direct access to the external area of the plot, is mainly used as a residence and consists of three bedrooms (one master bedroom and two children's bedrooms), a bathroom and a small living room. The underground space of level C has an auxiliary storage use.
The view, shape and orientation of the plot dictated the layout of the building's floor plan. Great attention was paid to the integration of the building into the landscape. The architecture of the building and the design of the surrounding area were done in parallel.
