Project Description
In a uniquely shaped plot in Ano Mera, Mykonos, we designed a modern residential complex that blends architectural clarity with natural topography.
The project consists of ten (10) residences, distributed across three main buildings (K1, K2, and K3). Each home enjoys access to a shared swimming pool, which serves as a central design element and emphasizes the connection with the Cycladic landscape.
Due to the natural slope of the land, the residences are arranged on two ground levels, with partially underground auxiliary spaces that are fully integrated into the rocky terrain. This multilevel configuration creates distinctive volumes and a natural flow throughout the site.
Special attention was given to privacy and comfort, with landscaped areas and varying floor levels that subtly separate the outdoor zones of each home. Access to the residences is provided either from the eastern boundary or through shared pathways between the buildings.
The orientation and layout of the development were carefully adapted to the terrain, respecting the area’s character and preserving visual harmony with the surroundings. Notably, the site maintains a respectful distance of approximately 60 meters from the traditional windmill, ensuring minimal visual impact and architectural balance.
