Project Description
The project concerns the construction of a ground-floor residence with a basement, to be built on a plot with a total area of 13.110 sq.m.
The residence is single-storey, with a total area of 129.00 sq.m., and consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
Access to the basement is provided via an internal staircase.
The proposed design is tailored on the one hand to the traditional architecture and building techniques of Andros, and on the other hand incorporates lime-cement renders to ensure a smooth integration into the surrounding natural environment.
The building is fully integrated into the shaped natural and residential landscape, respecting the character of the area. It meets aesthetic standards both as an individual structure and in relation to its urban block, in terms of volume composition, façade design, and overall visible form.
